Personalised products<\/h3>\n

Products printed or personalised at the Customer’s request are not subject to the right of withdrawal<\/strong> under art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, except in the case of defects or errors attributable to us.<\/p>\n

Non-personalised products<\/h3>\n

For non-personalised items, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days<\/strong> of receipt, returning the product intact and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n

Defective or incorrect products<\/h3>\n

If a product is defective, damaged in transit or not as ordered, contact info@rentchamp.io<\/a> within 14 days of delivery, attaching photos and the order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.<\/p>\n

Refund method<\/h3>\n
