Personalised products

Products printed or personalised at the Customer’s request are not subject to the right of withdrawal under art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, except in the case of defects or errors attributable to us.

Non-personalised products

For non-personalised items, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, returning the product intact and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated.

Defective or incorrect products

If a product is defective, damaged in transit or not as ordered, contact info@rentchamp.io within 14 days of delivery, attaching photos and the order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method used, normally within 14 days of receiving the return or accepting the claim.
