Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products on the website operated by La Casa della Stampa, Via Udine 38, 34135 Trieste — VAT [VAT — to be completed], REA [REA — to be completed] (the “Seller”). By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read and accepted these terms.

1. Products and personalisation

The products offered are items customisable through printing of the logo, text or artwork supplied by the Customer. On-screen images and colours are indicative and may differ from the final result due to screen settings and printing techniques. The Customer is responsible for the correctness of files and content supplied and warrants they hold the rights to the trademarks, logos and materials uploaded.

2. Prices

Prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. The final price depends on quantity, printing technique and selected options and is shown before order confirmation. Shipping costs, where due, are shown separately at checkout.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when the Seller sends the Customer the order confirmation by email. The Seller reserves the right not to accept incomplete or incorrect orders, or where the product is unavailable.

4. Payment

Payment is made through the methods shown on the site. The order enters production after receipt of payment and, for personalised products, after artwork approval.

5. Custom products and right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised. Items carrying the Customer’s print/personalisation are therefore not subject to withdrawal, except for defects. For non-personalised products, the “Returns and Refunds” page applies.

6. Production and delivery times

Stated times are estimates and run from artwork approval and receipt of payment. Delays caused by couriers or force majeure are not attributable to the Seller.

7. Warranty and defects

Consumer Customers benefit from the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity under arts. 128 ff. of the Consumer Code. Defects must be reported to info@rentchamp.io within the legal terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of their place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction. The European Commission ODR platform is available for dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
